Angela Ward Media is all about content creation – whether that’s for social media channels, a website’s news section or articles for the press. Angela has 30 years’ experience in journalism and public relations and offers a straightforward approach to copywriting, social media and PR.
Angela can turn her hand to all kinds of copy – from blogs and case studies to features and website copy. Having come from a background in magazine publishing, she is also very happy crafting words for newsletters.
Angela works with clients to put them in front of both local and national media and, with a background in journalism, she recognises the types of stories both offline and online writers are looking for.
Angela enjoys setting up and running social media accounts for clients, creating and sharing relevant and engaging content and responding to enquiries.
I first got to know Angela more than 15 years ago when she was Business Reporter on The Kent and Sussex Courier and she came along to meetings then to engage with the local business community. I was delighted that Angela decided to join the Chamber when she set up Angela Ward Media. With her knowledge and expertise in content creation and social media, we asked her for support setting up and running a Facebook page for the Chamber, which she’s done. The page contains a mixture of engaging content and we know that our members find it really useful.

I first met Angela around 15 years ago when she was business reporter on The Kent and Sussex Courier and we have worked together in different ways since then, most recently in my role as an Ambassador for the hospice charity ellenor. When she set up Angela Ward Media, I had no hesitation in asking Angela to provide us with PR and social media support. In only a short period of time, people have commented that our profile has been raised.

Angela has been working with our small supported living home in Tonbridge for a number of months now. She’s set up and manages our Facebook and Twitter and makes sure that the news page on our website is regularly updated. Angela is highly intuitive and has taken time to get to know our home and its residents and has written varied and engaging content. She has also worked with us to produce the copy for a new leaflet and brochure which have been widely praised.
